Software Engineer – Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the technical vision for some of the most intricate and impactful systems that support federal and public sector data pipelines.

• Drive architectural strategies that emphasize scalability, performance, and adherence to security compliance.

• Develop production-ready code and lead initiatives that directly contribute to mission-critical workloads.

• Address complex technical challenges such as data orchestration at scale, secure optimization of data flow, and AI-driven infrastructure for sensitive workloads.

• Coordinate with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to provide solutions that fulfill public sector compliance and security requirements.

• Guide architectural choices that strike a balance between innovation and risk management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience in software development for US government or Department of Defense (DOD) networks.

• Active SECRET clearance is required; TS/SCI is strongly preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of Python, distributed architectures, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Demonstrated success in leading mission-critical technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.

• Strong passion for performance, reliability, and crafting elegant, compliant solutions.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
