Senior Frontend Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee the launch of significant frontend features and product enhancements

• Manage the production lifecycle for designated domains

• Guarantee smooth, bug-free experiences for dental practices

• Implement AI tools like Claude into daily development to enhance productivity

• Create and enhance AI-driven customer interfaces

• Work alongside the Backend team on the integration of Java Spring Boot with React/TypeScript

• Engage in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback

• Recognize and execute improvements for team efficiency

• Estimate and strategize development efforts

• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• Over 6 years of experience as a frontend engineer

• Strong focus on producing clean, high-quality code

• Proficient in React and TypeScript

• Experience in managing releases and overseeing frontend health in a live production setting

• Capability to leverage AI to enhance development speed while maintaining the long-term integrity of the React codebase

• Strong emphasis on testing, stability, and performance

• Customer-focused approach

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

• Willingness to accept feedback and value diverse perspectives and skills

• Experience with Tailwind is a plus
