Software Engineer – Production Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Provide application support utilizing Java, Angular, Node.js, and MySQL.

• Deliver production support leveraging AWS CloudWatch, Cognito, Secrets Manager, and New Relic.

• Offer CI/CD support through BitBucket, Docker, and AWS Cloud Formation.

• Collaborate closely and effectively with both onshore and offshore teams.

• Render technical assistance and support as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• In-depth practical experience with Java, including Java 8+, Spring Boot, JPA, and SQL.

• Strong hands-on skills in the latest Angular, JavaScript, and Node.js.

• Significant experience within the AWS ecosystem, including CloudWatch, Cloud Formation, SQS, SNS, ECS, and Lambda.

• Proficiency in BitBucket/AWS integration or other CI/CD tools.

• Familiarity with New Relic or similar Application Performance Monitoring tools.

• Experience utilizing JIRA and Confluence or comparable tools in an Agile setting.

• Strong commitment to code reviews, coding standards, design standards, and code documentation.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
