This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead comprehensive design, full-cycle front-end and back-end development, unit testing, and application integration.
• Architect both client-side and server-side systems.
• Create scalable, adaptable, high-quality code that meets both functional and non-functional specifications.
• Develop, deploy, test, and maintain technical assets within a secure, integrated enterprise computing framework.
• Assist in functional testing efforts.
• Address and resolve production support issues on a daily basis.
• Deliver projects punctually while coordinating with other teams.
• Provide cross-training and mentorship to team members on various technologies.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical designs, ensuring security and data protection measures are in place.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with business users.
• Partner with development teams and product managers to brainstorm software solutions.
• Actively manage obstacles in the critical path to guarantee successful solution delivery.
• Take ownership of project deliverables, team communication, quality standards, and end-to-end solution execution.
• Comprehend the business value of solutions, architectural fit, risks, and related considerations.
• Provide insights and design input for scalable features and functionalities.
• Conduct manual claim selections.
• Review audit findings thoroughly.
• Create innovative selection concepts and queries.
• Analyze data patterns and test hypotheses regarding business challenges.
• Choose relevant variables for the modeling phase.
• Lead teams and oversee performance management.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Practical experience in developing web applications.
• Extensive background in optimizing deployment processes, product implementation, and product support.
• Significant experience with SSRS reporting, data quality, data governance, and security.
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0/4.5, C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, web services, IIS, HTML, CSS, XML, SOAP, jQuery, Ajax, and ReactJS.
• Experience with NHibernate and Entity Framework.
• Advanced SQL skills, including stored procedures and functions in SQL Server 2016.
• Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Experience using TortoiseHG and SVN version control tools.
• Knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud technologies.
• Preferred: experience with big data tools such as Python and PySpark.
• Preferred: experience with OCR tools, DTKBarcode, Esker, Biscom, claim repricing tools, WebStart, and 3M.
• Preferred: certifications in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Preferred: experience with Tableau.
• Preferred: knowledge of AWS.
