Software Engineer – Privileged Access Management (PAM), Password Manager (PWM)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain scalable, highly available microservices utilizing C#, .NET Core, Go, and TypeScript through gRPC and the ABP framework.

• Design and implement enterprise-grade PAM/IDAM solutions with technologies including CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and HashiCorp Vault.

• Uphold Zero Trust principles, enforce Least Privilege access, and integrate SCIM protocols.

• Take ownership of end-to-end continuous delivery using Origin CI, Kargo, and WoK.

• Conduct unit, functional, Playwright E2E, performance, scalability, and reliability testing.

• Establish governance for AI-assisted workflows leveraging the BMAD framework, Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.

• Provide mentorship to engineers, perform RFC reviews, and develop shared team skill libraries.

• Develop cross-platform services and native desktop applications for macOS, Windows, and Linux.

• Implement telemetry, logging, and tracing across microservices.

• Oversee system health, minimize latency, and ensure compliance with SLA/SLO.

• Manage technical debt, refactor legacy components, and promote engineering best practices across Agile sprints.

• Engage in incident management, contribute to PIRs, and swiftly resolve incidents.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and Infrastructure teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of practical software engineering experience.

• Demonstrated leadership as a Lead Architect or Senior Staff Engineer in a contemporary product environment.

• Profound expertise in C#, .NET (ASP.NET Core / ABP Framework), Go, gRPC, and RESTful APIs.

• Advanced skills in PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and DocumentDB architectures.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and custom CI/CD automation pipelines.

• Proficient with automated testing frameworks, especially Playwright for E2E automation and load/stress testing tools.

• Direct experience in establishing specification-driven AI development workflows within production teams.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Must be based in and authorized to work in India.

• Willingness to participate in on-call shifts.
