• Deliver a top-tier NetApp software product for enterprise clients.

• Develop innovative solutions to significant data challenges encountered by customers.

• Build and oversee technical teams.

• Recruit Lustre developers and additional technical talent from the Lustre community.

• Bring file products from concept to market.

• Communicate technical concepts and industry updates to senior leadership.

• Work in partnership with Product Marketing to identify and prioritize feature and solution needs.

• Compose clear technical papers discussing feature value, competitive analysis, and related subjects.

• Over 8 years of experience in Lustre development.

• Established expertise recognized within the Lustre community.

• Demonstrated success in building and leading technical teams.

• Capability to recruit Lustre developers and other technical staff from the Lustre community.

• Experience in bringing file products from inception through to completion.

• Proficient in presenting technical concepts and industry updates to senior leadership.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Marketing on feature and solution specifications.

• Skilled in writing concise technical papers ranging from 1 to 3 pages.

• This position is not appropriate for a researcher.

• Education IC: typically requires at least 8 years of relevant experience.

• Mgr & Exec: typically requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
