This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.
• Collaborate closely with the Program Manager, Business Analyst, and Agile team to develop proof of concepts, industrialize those concepts, and deliver them within a digital framework for rapid release cycles aimed at achieving the targeted Minimal Viable Product (MVP).
• Design and develop enterprise applications using modern technologies such as web frameworks, SQL Server, Azure, iPaaS, and DevOps tools.
• Create and develop business applications and system solutions, including test plans, unit testing, safety and soundness testing, regression testing, and system integration testing, while adhering to enterprise architecture, design, and coding standards.
• Actively support and engage in all phases of the Agile methodology, including daily standups, story planning, backlog grooming, deliverables, and demonstrations.
• Offer honest and constructive feedback throughout the entire process to enhance development practices and ensure successful solution implementations.
• Recommend environmental and architectural modifications to the team that could enhance the stability or performance of Corporate One’s systems and applications.
• Thoroughly document essential aspects of applications and processes to facilitate maintenance, transition, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate both within the team and externally for ideation, vendor assessment, and research; stay informed about emerging technologies and trends to foster innovation.
• Support the company's internally developed applications by restoring functionality to any that have failed and documenting the resolutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in enterprise application development and all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• At least 4 years of experience in application software solution design and implementation.
• Strong practical understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and active participation in Agile ceremonies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, React.js, SQL Server, Azure, Web Services, and REST or RESTful services.
• Preferred experience with iPaaS/Enterprise Service Bus Integration Architecture, CSS, HTML, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Flowgear is a plus.
