Software Engineer in Test – AI Voice & Clinical Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement testing strategies for AI-driven voice and clinical workflows

• Assess the accuracy of speech-to-text, NLP/entity extraction, and AI-generated results

• Formulate methods for evaluating non-deterministic systems

• Create and manage benchmark datasets along with evaluation methodologies

• Establish automated tests for functional, integration, regression, API, and performance purposes

• Set quality standards, risk-based testing strategies, and release criteria

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to identify risks

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as an SDET, Software Engineer in Test, or QA Automation Engineer

• Extensive hands-on automation experience utilizing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, pytest, or similar

• Proven ability to build or enhance automation frameworks independently

• Strong programming expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#

• Experience in testing REST APIs and distributed systems

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
