This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design, create, test, implement, and sustain customizations and integrations within the PeopleSoft environment.
β’ Provide support and enhancements for PeopleSoft FSCM applications, which include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, General Ledger, Purchasing, Asset Management, Project Costing, Inventory, and eProcurement.
β’ Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, SQL, and Fluid pages.
β’ Analyze business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
β’ Troubleshoot production issues, application defects, and performance-related concerns.
β’ Create and maintain PeopleSoft interfaces with third-party applications utilizing REST, SOAP, file transfers, and Integration Broker.
β’ Collaborate with functional analysts, DBAs, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
β’ Engage in system testing, regression testing, deployment, on-call support, and scheduled maintenance activities.
β’ Document technical specifications, system designs, coding standards, and operational procedures.
β’ Assess process improvements, automation possibilities, and enhancements to system performance.
β’ Offer technical mentoring and knowledge sharing within the application development team.
β’ A Bachelor's degree along with 5 or more years of professional experience in developing and supporting PeopleSoft FSCM applications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture and application design.
β’ Familiarity with PeopleTools, encompassing Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, Query, BI Publisher, and Component Interfaces.
β’ Relational database knowledge and proficiency in writing complex SQL statements, preferably in Microsoft SQL.
β’ Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
β’ Awareness of PeopleSoft security, roles, permission lists, and row-level security.
β’ Familiarity with Change Assistant, PUM Images, and Lifecycle Management.
β’ Understanding of SDLC, source control, and change management methodologies.
β’ Knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting methods.
β’ Strong SQL development and database troubleshooting capabilities.
β’ Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
β’ Capacity to analyze complex technical and business challenges and formulate practical solutions.
β’ Competence in estimating work effort and adhering to project deadlines.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
β’ Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
β’ Must possess identification compliant with the Real ID Act at the time of hire.
β’ Must be eligible to obtain a Department of Energy access badge.
β’ Compliance with federal regulations regarding controlled substances is required.
β’ For employees receiving initial badges on or after September 1st, 2025, obtaining and maintaining an HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential is mandatory.
