Software Engineer II, Mobile, Card Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Decompose larger projects into manageable tasks and deliver them across multiple phases.

• Work collaboratively with team members, product management, design, and analytics throughout the product development process.

• Engage in ideation, articulate technical limitations, and assist in making decisions by weighing risks and trade-offs.

• Develop and track metrics for team deliverables.

• Address issues and support operational availability, including maintenance and on-call responsibilities.

• Take part in growth and development initiatives, including the interview process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a software engineer.

• Proven experience in shipping web applications utilizing declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.

• Experience in deploying mobile applications using native or cross-platform languages such as React Native.

• Proficient in designing, developing, and launching APIs at scale using programming languages such as Kotlin or Python.

• Capability to transform simple problems or business scenarios into solutions involving multiple software components.

• Skilled in writing clear, well-tested, and extensible code.

• Comfortable navigating extensive codebases and debugging code written by others.

• Experience providing constructive feedback through code reviews.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
