Software Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions tailored for senior healthcare.

• Develop and deploy AI solutions that alleviate administrative tasks, enhance care management, and align patient demand with staffing resources.

• Apply intelligent automation for scheduling, updating care plans, and handling post-visit activities.

• Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with current EHR and resident management systems.

• Examine both structured and unstructured healthcare data to identify trends and enhance clinical decision-making.

• Consistently monitor, refine, and ensure the accuracy, scalability, and compliance of AI models with regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical implementations.

• Uphold strict compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data security regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in AI and software engineering, preferably within healthcare or life sciences.

• Proficient in Python and familiar with frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

• Experience with Azure ML SDK is essential.

• Strong data engineering expertise, including skills in SQL, Pandas, and ETL frameworks.

• Practical experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.

• Familiarity with Azure services would be advantageous.

• Knowledge of healthcare data standards like FHIR and HL7, along with EHR integration, is beneficial.

• Understanding of HIPAA and secure management of PHI/PII is a plus.

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights is desirable.

• Cloud certifications in AI/ML or architecture are a plus.

• Education or experience in health informatics or public health is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

• Excellent communication abilities for interacting with non-technical stakeholders are necessary.
