Software Engineer I, Core Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Develop new UI components and enhance existing ones to deliver flexibility while maintaining simplicity.

• Integrate with third-party APIs for both backend and frontend applications.

• Collaborate directly with both internal and external stakeholders to oversee projects.

• Refine our core product to guarantee scalability and an exceptional user experience.

• Propel the business forward by delighting our customers and supporting our internal teams.

• Establish robust integrations between Motive products, business systems, and third-party data sources to enhance speed and efficiency.

• Participate in a small, elite, cross-functional, and dynamic engineering team where your contributions have an immediate and significant impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of React experience.

• At least 1 year of backend development experience (preferably with Ruby on Rails and/or Python).

• Experience in a small startup environment (1-20 engineers).

• Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through.
