Software Engineer – Full-Stack, Backend, Applied AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design and construct: Create and implement agentic workflows and scalable microservices, primarily utilizing Python, within a distributed system architecture.

• AI Integration: Spearhead the incorporation of Generative AI features, including LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows into our production systems.

• Agentic Operations & Observability: Establish operational practices, observability, and autonomous monitoring systems (e.g., identifying intelligence drift or hallucinations) to guarantee AI reliability in production.

• Enhance Engineering: Propel overall engineering quality and efficiency by adopting AI-SDLC practices, maintaining high standards through thorough code reviews, test automation, and implementing continuous, trace-based quality assessment for all software and agentic components.

• Mentor & Innovate: Assess emerging AI tools, mentor fellow engineers, and make direct contributions to our technical roadmap and Agentic AI-SDLC and Production Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of backend or full-stack engineering experience, including a minimum of 2 years developing production-grade agentic systems in distributed settings.

• Strong expertise in Python (preferred) or TypeScript/Go/Rust, with the capability to transition to Python.

• Practical experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, DeepAgents, OpenClaw, Hermes, or similar.

• Demonstrated proficiency in designing cloud-native, event-driven architectures using AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, GraphQL or REST APIs, and messaging systems (SQS/SNS).

• Experience with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and ideally vector databases.

• Familiarity with AI-native development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a highly autonomous environment.

• Experience with React, Next.js, or comparable frontend technologies.
