Software Engineer – Full-Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Contribute to both frontend and backend development by creating, maintaining, and enhancing user interfaces, APIs, and essential platform components.

• Primarily utilize Python and TypeScript for development, with some involvement in Go.

• Support and advance Runpod’s open-source SDK.

• Work collaboratively with engineering and AI teams to develop features and resolve bugs.

• Write code that is clean, maintainable, efficient, and scalable.

• Adhere to testing and continuous integration best practices.

• Engage in code reviews, mentorship, and ongoing learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some familiarity with Python and/or TypeScript.

• Strong proficiency with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

• Experience with backend frameworks including React, Express, FastAPI, and Pydantic.

• Knowledge of Go or another strictly typed language is advantageous.

• Passion for open-source projects and contributions is highly valued.

• Capability to address challenges, learn from feedback, and work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical team members.

• Successful completion of a background check is required.

• Exposure to cloud platforms, distributed computing, or Docker is preferred.

• Familiarity with contemporary best practices is preferred.

• Previous coursework or projects that demonstrate full-stack experience is preferred.

• Experience with Git and version control workflows is preferred.

• Must possess eligibility to work in the United States.
