Software Engineer – Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create platforms, workflows, and automations that facilitate growth experimentation.

• Design, construct, and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments aimed at enhancing conversion rates across websites, campaigns, and onboarding processes.

• Collaborate with data and product teams to assess user behavior and suggest technical solutions to minimize drop-off points.

• Implement and integrate third-party growth tools while developing automation scripts to boost operational efficiency.

• Identify and address technical bottlenecks that hinder growth objectives, such as load times and API performance.

• Partner with marketing, product, and data teams to synchronize priorities and execute a collective growth roadmap.

• Take complete ownership of solution development, from ideation through to deployment and performance monitoring.

• Strong full-stack engineering capabilities.

• Experience in launching or expanding products.

• Proficiency with analytics and experimentation tools.

• Comfortable engaging with APIs and marketing/CRM tools.

• Results-driven mindset, with the ability to convert ideas into specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Confidence in making decisions within ambiguous situations.

• Strong foundation in computer science.
