This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack features for the new cloud-native compliance platform.
• Create APIs and backend services utilizing C# and .NET Core.
• Construct responsive front-end interfaces using TypeScript with Angular or React.
• Develop the data layer employing Entity Framework Core, Postgres, Azure SQL, and MongoDB.
• Leverage AI coding agents to break down tasks, maintain agent context, and assess generated outputs for accuracy, security, and architectural alignment.
• Set engineering standards for architecture, testing, security, code reviews, and documentation.
• Build and sustain CI/CD, observability, and production infrastructure.
• Address production incidents and respond to paged alerts.
• Work collaboratively with product teams, QA, and subject-matter experts to convert regulatory and customer requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage multiple project streams, estimate scope, and communicate the technical implications on business processes and dependent systems.
• Assist in defining the architecture, standards, and engineering practices for Systrends' new platform.
• Over 5 years of experience in full-stack software engineering, delivering and supporting production applications.
• Proficient in C# and .NET Core.
• Frontend development experience with TypeScript and Angular or React.
• Skilled in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and data modeling techniques.
• Practical experience with AI coding assistants and agents like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Good judgment on when to utilize AI coding agents.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, including the capacity to articulate how technical choices impact business processes, users, and dependent systems.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS platforms.
• Understanding of microservices or modular architecture.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development.
• Proficient in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of contemporary UI/UX best practices.
• Experience in configuring agentic development tools for a team.
• Experience integrating AI into CI/CD, automated code reviews, documentation, or test-generation workflows.
• Familiarity with LLM-powered product features, model API integrations, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt or response evaluation.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must indicate whether future work sponsorship in the US will be necessary.
