Software Engineer – Forward Deployed

• Lead comprehensive implementations and solutions for hotel partners.

• Take ownership of the customer technical journey from initial discovery through to deployment.

• Create scalable integration frameworks.

• Facilitate quick onboarding by recognizing implementation patterns.

• Influence the product roadmap by gathering direct insights from customers.

• Forge strategic partnerships with sales and go-to-market teams.

• Over 5 years of practical experience delivering production systems.

• Proficient in managing the customer journey from early pre-sales discovery to production implementation.

• Strong problem-solving abilities in dynamic, uncertain environments.

• Full-stack generalist with expertise in Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Postgres.

• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and developing reliable data pipelines.

• Exceptional technical communication skills tailored for non-technical stakeholders.

• Background in building software for sectors with intricate operational workflows, particularly in hospitality, payments, or marketplace settings.

• Acknowledgment that this role encompasses hands-on coding, product management, technical customer success, and solution architecture.
