Software Engineer – Dashboards, AI Workflow Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• **Responsibilities**

• - Create and sustain dashboards at the firm level that offer leadership insights into performance across the portfolio;

• - Construct and oversee data pipelines and system integrations across four U.S. healthcare enterprises;

• - Develop AI-enhanced workflow automations to minimize manual tasks at both the firm and portfolio levels;

• - Spearhead project-based initiatives within each portfolio company to evaluate, establish, and transfer internal tooling;

• - Identify gaps in data and workflows among portfolio companies and propose prioritized solutions;

• - Ensure the reliability of the systems developed.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Requirements & Stack**

• - **5+ years of professional experience** in software engineering;

• - **Full-stack ownership:** Familiarity with both backend processes and front-end data visualization;

• - **Core Stack:** Expertise in **Python, SQL, and JSON/REST APIs** for creating automation workflows and integrations;

• - **Data Visualization:** Proficient in using **Retool, Metabase, or React-based dashboards;**

• - **AI Integration:** Practical experience with **LLM APIs, prompt pipelines,** or agent-based automation;

• - **Infrastructure:** Background in **ETL, data pipelines,** and multi-system integrations;

• - **Soft Skills:** Capability to work independently across various business contexts and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders;

• - **Availability:** Must be responsive during **Eastern Standard Time (EST)** business hours;

• - **Plus:** Experience in healthcare operations or private equity is a plus.
