This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +5 more countries.
• Integrate current Git repositories with the platform.
• Select repositories for assessment regarding potential licensing opportunities.
• Analyze source code at the repository level along with token volumes from Git history.
• Evaluate the anticipated licensing value associated with each repository.
• Obtain constructive feedback when codebases fall short of licensing standards.
• Enhance repositories based on suggestions and re-submit them for evaluation.
• Identify suitable repositories for inclusion in AI training.
• Receive compensation when code is utilized under a sanctioned licensing agreement.
• Software development firms, IT/product companies, or independent software engineers who possess or manage the licensing rights to original code repositories and are empowered to license them for AI training.
• Must possess ownership of the repository or have the legal authority to license its contents.
• The repository should include substantial original software development work.
• Must have the authorization to connect and submit the repository for evaluation.
• Code must not include third-party materials that cannot be sublicensed.
• Repositories must conform to the platform's quality and technical standards prior to licensing.
• Must be capable of verifying repository ownership and associated licensing rights upon request.
• Compensation for standard non-exclusive licensing: $100 per 1 million tokens of source code.
• Compensation for standard non-exclusive licensing: $40 per 1 million tokens of Git history.
• Estimated licensing value for each repository provided prior to progression.
• Constructive feedback and recommendations for repositories that do not yet fulfill licensing criteria.
