This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya, +5 more countries.
• Integrate existing Git repositories with the platform.
• Identify repositories for assessment regarding potential licensing opportunities.
• Analyze source code and Git history token volume distributions.
• Evaluate projected licensing values for the repositories.
• Enhance repositories based on quality feedback and resubmit them for review.
• Choose qualifying repositories to be utilized for AI training.
• Receive compensation when code is utilized under an approved licensing agreement.
• Software development agencies, IT/product firms, or independent software engineers who possess or control the licensing rights to original code repositories and are authorized to license them for AI training.
• Must possess ownership of the repository or have the legal authority to license its contents.
• The repository should include significant original software development work.
• Must have the authority to connect and submit the repository for analysis.
• Code must not include third-party material that you do not have permission to sublicense.
• Repositories must comply with the platform's quality and technical standards prior to licensing.
• Must be capable of verifying repository ownership and relevant licensing rights upon request.
• Earn compensation when your code is utilized under an approved licensing agreement.
• Non-exclusive licensing valued at $100 per 1 million tokens of source code.
• Non-exclusive licensing valued at $40 per 1 million tokens of Git history.
• Receive a detailed breakdown of the source code and Git history token volume at the repository level.
• Review an estimated licensing value for each repository.
• Obtain quality feedback if the codebase does not currently meet licensing criteria.
