Senior Full-Stack Developer – Django, React, GCP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Enhance and expand the Django backend alongside the React/TypeScript frontend.

• Design and construct APIs for user management, order processing, shipping, and partner tools.

• Develop and maintain integrations with platforms such as Shopify, Mendrix, and other third-party services.

• Optimize and scale cloud hosting on GCP, with plans to incorporate AWS in the future.

• Architect and evolve the platform towards a multi-tenant SaaS model.

• Establish and uphold standards for code quality, TDD/BDD testing, and CI/CD processes.

• Mentor fellow developers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team.

• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to ensure technical plans align with business objectives.

• Take ownership of code and technical strategy as the Full-Stack Tech Lead while remaining actively engaged in the codebase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience as a full-stack developer, proficient in Python (Django) and JavaScript/TypeScript (React).

• Proven experience in building and scaling production SaaS applications.

• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and ORM technologies.

• Leadership experience that balances hands-on coding with mentoring and making technical decisions.

• Familiarity with Pytest and React Testing Library.

• Proficient in Git workflows and CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines.

• Extensive experience in developing and integrating APIs, including REST and JWT Authentication.

• Experience in integrating third-party platforms like Shopify and Mendrix.

• Strong knowledge of React and MUI.

• Experience with Firebase or Google Analytics is preferred.

• Previous experience in building multi-tenant SaaS architectures is preferred.

• Background in e-commerce, marketplaces, or scaling startups is preferred.
