Software Engineer – Backend, Django

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality software designs and architectures.

• Design and develop efficient APIs for the front-end team.

• Produce clean, functional, and scalable back-end code for web applications.

• Implement and oversee databases and applications.

• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure alignment between server-side and client-side systems.

• Enhance applications for performance, scalability, and security.

• Identify and resolve technical issues.

• Work together with QA engineers to formulate testing strategies and test plans.

• Create and execute testing scripts.

• Conduct regular updates to enhance system functionality.

• Develop new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar position.

• Proficient in Python, including Django and Django Rest Framework.

• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.

• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

• Basic understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Effective communication skills for coordination with other teams.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
