Software Engineer, Backend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Develop new applications and services using .NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, WCF, MVC, SQL, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

• Perform maintenance, improvements, and refactoring on existing systems.

• Design and manage API integrations.

• Participate in projects focused on transitioning to microservices architecture.

• Analyze and optimize database performance.

• Enhance system performance and monitor error logs for improvements.

• Contribute to technical documentation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in software design, product, and service development.

• Knowledge and experience in .NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, WCF, MVC, SQL, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Proficient in Docker usage.

• Familiarity with modern JavaScript technologies (Node.js, Tailwind CSS, etc.).

• Adopts clean coding principles, proficient in SOLID principles, and applies a sustainable software development approach.

• Experienced in jQuery, HTML5, CSS, Adaptive Design, and Responsive Design.

• Knowledgeable in T-SQL, Entity Framework, and Microsoft SQL Server technologies.

• Actively involved in projects utilizing XML, JSON, and Web Service Technologies.

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum working principles.

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a sense of responsibility.

• Developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
