Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement comprehensive solutions that fulfill business requirements while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.

• Work in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to grasp project specifications and provide high-caliber software solutions.

• Take ownership of the complete feature development process, from initial concept through to deployment.

• Detect and resolve performance issues, security risks, and concerns related to system stability.

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive CI/CD pipelines for ongoing delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related engineering discipline, or a comparable mix of education and practical experience.

• Over 5 years of substantial hands-on experience in software development, emphasizing the creation of high-quality, scalable software applications.

• Strong command of server-side programming languages and frameworks, including Java, Spring, JSF, Hibernate, Spring JPA, and Node.js.

• Extensive experience in developing user interfaces utilizing frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Angular, CSS, and HTML.

• Familiarity with AWS Cloud services and serverless architecture, including EC2, ECS, AWS Lambda, S3, and SQS.

• Proficient in crafting complex SQL queries.

• Experience with additional programming languages, like Python, is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a quick adaptability to new technologies.

• Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Amazon Kiro, and GitHub Copilot is a plus.

• Strong communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
