AI Agent Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Create conversational experiences that address user inquiries, automate tasks, and facilitate business workflows.

• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and external platforms.

• Develop and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge resources.

• Establish and oversee Power Automate workflows and AI-enhanced business processes.

• Configure agent topics, actions, plugins, connectors, and orchestration logic.

• Enforce governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

• Monitor agent performance and usage metrics, continually improving response quality.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to uncover automation opportunities and outline AI use cases.

• Provide support for production deployment, troubleshooting, and ensuring operational excellence of AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Experience in Prompt Engineering.

• Knowledge of RAG Architecture.

• Skills in AI Agent Design.

• Familiarity with Conversational AI.

• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP).

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (preferred).

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot.

• Proficient in Python.

• Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript.

• Familiarity with REST APIs.

• Knowledge of JSON.

• Experience with Angular/React.

• Proficient in Java.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.

• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI.

• Experience with Azure AI Services.

• Knowledge of SQL Server.
