Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, operate, maintain, and utilize public cloud systems within AWS, GCP, and Alibaba Cloud for product development teams.

• Create cloud-oriented solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve maturity using boto3 and Google Workspace.

• Formulate service control policies to limit the procurement of non-standard instances.

• Implement tagging strategies and policies to allocate cloud expenses to business units, projects, or teams.

• Develop and sustain financial reporting derived from cloud data to predict AWS expenditures based on current usage.

• Establish and enforce cloud governance policies aimed at cost management, security, and operational compliance.

• Support infrastructure that facilitates automation pipelines within product development teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber-Physical Systems, or a related field, along with three years of professional experience, or a master's degree with one year of experience.

• U.S. or foreign equivalent degree.

• Minimum of one year of experience in OpenShift development.

• Minimum of one year of experience in Ansible development, including the Ansible Automation Platform.

• Minimum of one year of experience in AWS development, encompassing ECS, CloudWatch, and EventBridge.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with Linux, including RHEL.

• Minimum of one year of experience with Jira, including Scrum and Agile methodologies.

• Minimum of one year of experience in data processing and visualization, including Numpy and Google Sheets.

• Minimum of one year of experience using Git.

• Familiarity with Vagrant and Amazon Elastic Container Service.
