Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Have a strong focus on addressing customer challenges while delivering solutions quickly and effectively

• Work across the entire stack, including agent, backend, infrastructure, and frontend

• Create internal agents that automate repetitive engineering tasks

• Establish the framework for AI-native engineering at Origin

• Design and manage distributed systems utilizing AWS, EKS, Clickhouse, and Kafka

• Lead technical decisions regarding storage schemas and API agreements

• Collaborate with research and systems-internals engineers to transform their work into dependable production software

• Experience in AI-native engineering practices

• Proven history of developing data-intensive systems at scale

• Profound knowledge of distributed systems principles

• Performance engineering mindset

• Experience in modern systems programming, with a preference for Rust

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Experience with cloud infrastructure in production settings (AWS preferred)

• Comfortable working with React on the frontend

• High agency and a demonstrated ability to identify important work
