Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance, refactor, and develop new features for the team's software, operating independently between regular checkpoints such as code reviews and daily stand-ups.

• Transform well-defined feature specifications into functional, production-ready code.

• Gain insight into the business and customer value of the software you develop, and effectively communicate your progress and decision-making to your team.

• Organize code into multiple reusable, high-quality components, seeking assistance from teammates or your manager on complex multi-component challenges, and consistently improve by integrating feedback from code reviews.

• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the entire software development lifecycle: scoping, design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance.

• Engage in operational support and troubleshooting of your team's software, addressing issues in code that you did not write, while working to identify and resolve root causes.

• Clearly communicate your progress and trade-offs to your team, fostering trust by delivering work in an efficient and reliable manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering).

• Over 1 year of professional software development experience, excluding internships.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language.

• Experience with coursework, projects, or internships related to AI/ML or LLM-driven applications.

• Contributions to open-source projects, participation in hackathons, or personal side projects.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
