This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop features and applications for the designated product area within an independent agile team.
• Design, configure, maintain, and promote both internal and external applications.
• Ensure adherence to accessibility standards.
• Monitor, test, and optimize software for reliability and compliance with architectural standards.
• Contribute to ongoing code delivery utilizing deployment tools and automated testing.
• Scale, construct, and maintain scalable applications.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Utilize GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, and debugging purposes.
• Design and develop Generative AI features including chat interfaces, document summarization, intelligent search, and automated content generation.
• Construct and integrate RAG pipelines with vector databases to ground AI outputs in enterprise data.
• Implement Responsible AI practices, focusing on bias awareness, PII handling, and content-safety reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science or engineering, or at least 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages.
• Experience with web and cross-platform technologies.
• Practical experience with Git and code management methodologies.
• Background in continuous delivery and automated testing.
• Familiarity with relational and unstructured data repositories.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or other agile methodologies.
• Required proficiency in React.
• Required experience with Microsoft VB and C# .NET frameworks, including Web Forms and Windows Forms.
• Required experience with .NET Web API, Entity Framework 6.4, MVC Pattern, and JavaScript/React JS.
• Required experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, including stored procedures/scripts.
• Required experience with Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage Account, Azure Key Vault, Azure Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Azure App Service, Azure VMs, and Azure Table Storage.
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• Working knowledge of GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants, including effective prompting and reviewing of AI-generated code.
• Familiarity with Generative AI/LLM concepts, Azure OpenAI Service, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases.
• Awareness of Responsible AI principles, including bias, PII handling, and content safety.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of products and data.
• Ability to work effectively within a cross-disciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with experience using MS Teams.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday during standard business hours of 8:30 a.m.-4:45 p.m. ET, with potential weekend work.
• Knowledge of Dapper, RESTful API/Web API, WCAG 2.1 and ARIA, Power BI, and Selenium or comparable testing frameworks is a plus.
• Azure AI certification and coursework, certifications, or project experience in machine learning, NLP, or applied AI/ML are preferred.
• Remote work arrangements will be considered.
