This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct intricate code analysis.
• Aid in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software products for both employees and customers.
• Engage in the complete software development life cycle.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on various projects.
• Create applications and refine product specifications.
• Evaluate technical and operational requirements with team leaders, internal resources, and clients.
• Analyze needs and contribute to architecture-based design and development.
• Design solutions that are reliable, secure, straightforward, efficient, and easy to maintain.
• Estimate design scope and take part in design reviews.
• Execute programming tasks to meet design goals.
• Carry out unit and system-level testing.
• Contribute to product test planning, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Perform code reviews on pull requests from other developers.
• Engage in self-directed projects and research for Team Sprint.
• Keep up-to-date with professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networks, and professional organizations.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in computer science or a related technical field.
• Expertise in object-oriented programming techniques and languages such as C#, C++, or Java.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft .NET Framework and C# or similar languages like Java or C++.
• Knowledge of database systems including SQL and/or ORM tools.
• Experience in web programming with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and single-page applications like React or Angular.
• Experience with WPF or other client application development.
• Unit testing or functional testing proficiency for C# and/or React.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Experience integrating AI tools into planning, design, implementation, code review, and testing processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud providers and services such as AWS or Google.
• Familiarity with containers, container orchestration, or microservices like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Understanding of design patterns and concepts such as MVVM and inversion of control.
• Knowledge of how to utilize LLMs in application features.
• Proficiency in technical writing and design documentation.
