This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Support the development of applications and enhance product specifications.
• Collaborate with the team lead, internal stakeholders, and clients to evaluate technical and operational requirements.
• Analyze specifications and aid in the design development based on chosen architectures.
• Create solutions that are dependable, secure, straightforward, efficient, and easy to maintain.
• Help estimate the scope of designs and take part in design review sessions.
• Execute programming tasks to achieve design objectives.
• Verify program functionality by performing unit and system-level testing.
• Aid in product testing planning, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct code reviews on pull requests submitted by fellow developers.
• Engage or contribute as a member of a team in self-directed projects and research for Team Sprint.
• Maintain professional and technical expertise by attending educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, building personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in computer science or a related scientific or technical discipline.
• Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming techniques and languages (C#, C++, Java).
• Experience with the Microsoft .NET Framework and the C# programming language or similar (Java, C++).
• Familiarity with database systems such as SQL and/or experience with ORM tools.
• Knowledge of web programming including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Single-Page Applications (React, Angular).
• Experience with WPF or other client application development.
• Proficient in unit testing/functional testing for C# and/or React.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).
• Experience in integrating AI tools to enhance the software development lifecycle (planning, design, implementation, code review, testing).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or comparable cloud platforms and services (AWS, Google).
• Familiarity with containers/container orchestration or microservices (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of design patterns and principles such as MVVM, Inversion of Control, or others.
• Knowledge of how to leverage LLMs in application features.
• Skills in technical writing and design documentation.
