Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and Manage a Global Authentication Platform: Construct and oversee the essential backend systems and resilient infrastructure of the hConnect platform.

• Integrate with Various Identity Systems: Design and enhance modules that connect with national electronic ID (eID) systems and international identity services.

• Develop Scalable Systems: Guarantee system stability while continuously enhancing capabilities to accommodate future traffic increases and feature developments.

• Design Adaptive and Scalable APIs: Create and uphold dependable APIs that facilitate smooth integration with both internal services and external partners.

• Promote a Strong Coding Culture: Work collaboratively with colleagues through code reviews, produce clean and sustainable code, and contribute to fostering a culture of engineering excellence.

• Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in Specific Technologies, Experience with Authentication Protocols, 0-to-1 Product Development, Understanding of Client Environments, Dedication to Code Quality, Experience Handling Large-Scale Traffic, API Gateway / PaaS / SaaS Development Experience, Familiarity with Docker, RabbitMQ/Kafka, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
