This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and deliver production-quality solutions, which include applications powered by LLM, machine learning models, and APIs.
• Provide architectural consultation and offer solutions for key business initiatives, encompassing data science and machine learning systems.
• Manage features throughout their lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.
• Create and present product architectures, write technical code, engage in design and code reviews, and demonstrate applications to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Utilize the Innovator Method and facilitate design thinking workshops.
• Leverage cloud platforms, databases, data engineering, web technologies, and numerical methods.
• Keep abreast of developments in AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share insights, support the team, and foster cross-functional relationships throughout the company.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, data, or AI; internship and co-op experiences are considered.
• Strong programming and debugging skills in Python, C++, Go, or Rust.
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Practical experience in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Computer Vision.
• Familiarity with building solutions on public cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Excellent academic performance.
• Experience in designing AI solutions and architecting distributed data systems.
• Knowledge of LLM application technologies and methodologies, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience in building and serving REST APIs, such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Understanding of MLOps practices, including experiment tracking, model registries, automated training pipelines, and model monitoring.
• Capable of facilitating design thinking workshops.
• Previous internship, co-op, or project experience in software, data, or AI.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD, containers, and agile development methodologies.
• AWS and/or Azure certification is preferred but not mandatory.
