This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready applications powered by LLM, machine learning models, and APIs.
• Provide architectural consultation and deliver solutions for key data science and machine learning initiatives.
• Take ownership of features throughout their lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.
• Construct and present product architectures.
• Produce high-quality technical code.
• Engage in design and code reviews.
• Demonstrate applications to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Utilize the Innovator Method and lead workshops on design thinking.
• Leverage cloud platforms, databases, data engineering, web technologies, and numerical methods.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, support the team, and cultivate cross-functional relationships.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in software engineering, data, or AI; internships and co-op experiences are considered.
• Proficiency in programming and debugging using Python, C++, Go, or Rust.
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Practical experience in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Computer Vision.
• Experience developing solutions on public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong academic performance.
• Experience in designing AI solutions and architecting distributed data systems.
• Familiarity with LLM application technologies and methodologies, including RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience in building and serving REST APIs, such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, including experiment tracking, model registries, automated training pipelines, and model monitoring.
• Ability to facilitate design thinking workshops.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, containers, and agile development methodologies.
• AWS and/or Azure certification is preferred but not mandatory.
