This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.
• Design, develop, and deliver production-quality solutions, encompassing LLM-powered applications, machine learning models, and APIs.
• Provide architectural consultation and implement solutions for key business initiatives, including data science and machine learning systems.
• Take ownership of features from inception to completion, covering design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Construct and showcase product architectures while producing high-caliber technical code.
• Engage in design and code reviews, and demonstrate applications to stakeholders and senior executives.
• Utilize the Innovator Method and facilitate design thinking workshops.
• Leverage cloud platforms, databases, data engineering, web technologies, and numerical methodologies.
• Keep abreast of developments in AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures.
• Collaborate with team members, share insights, and cultivate cross-departmental relationships throughout the organization.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in software engineering, data, or AI; internship and co-op experiences are acknowledged.
• Proficiency in programming and debugging using Python, C++, Go, or Rust.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL.
• Practical experience in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Computer Vision.
• Background in developing solutions on a public cloud platform such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong academic performance.
• Experience in designing AI solutions and architecting distributed data systems.
• Understanding of LLM application technologies and methodologies, including RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience in building and serving REST APIs, such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, including experiment tracking, model registries, automated training pipelines, and model monitoring.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, containers, and agile development methodologies.
• AWS and/or Azure certification is preferred but not mandatory.
