Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver production-quality solutions, encompassing applications powered by LLMs, machine learning models, and APIs.

• Provide architectural consultation and deliver solutions for key business initiatives, including systems for data science and machine learning.

• Take ownership of features from conception through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.

• Create and showcase product architectures, produce high-quality technical code, engage in design and code reviews, and demonstrate applications to stakeholders and senior leaders.

• Utilize the Innovator Method and facilitate design thinking workshops to transform customer insights into solutions that provide business value.

• Leverage cloud platforms, databases, data engineering, web technologies, and numerical methodologies.

• Keep abreast of developments in AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures.

• Collaborate with team members, share expertise, support the team, and cultivate cross-functional relationships throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.

• 0–2 years of professional experience in software engineering, data, or AI; internship and co-op experiences are considered.

• Proficiency in programming and debugging languages such as Python, C++, Go, or Rust.

• Experience with databases and SQL.

• Practical experience in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Computer Vision.

• Background in developing solutions on public cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

• Strong academic track record.

• Experience in designing AI solutions and architecting distributed data systems.

• Familiarity with LLM application technologies and methodologies, including RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, and LLM evaluation.

• Experience in building and serving REST APIs, such as FastAPI or Flask.

• Understanding of MLOps practices, including experiment tracking, model registries, automated training pipelines, and model monitoring.

• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, containers, and agile development methodologies.

• AWS and/or Azure certification is preferred but not mandatory.
