• You will develop the product that enables individuals to secure better jobs more efficiently and affordably, particularly those who encounter significant obstacles to opportunity.

• As a full-stack engineer in this role, you will take ownership of features from conception to deployment, influencing our building process as well as the final product.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code while ensuring the team meets high standards through reviews and shared practices.

• Cultivate sound judgment regarding our methodologies and tradeoffs, contributing to planning and technical discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive full-stack experience in developing and launching production web applications (approximately 3+ years for mid-level, 6+ years for senior roles).

• Proficient in TypeScript throughout the stack, managing both frontend and backend responsibilities.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, API design, and cloud deployment.

• A results-oriented mindset: you break tasks into manageable parts and complete them independently without requiring constant guidance.

• Effective communication skills and a genuine concern for the end-users of your creations.
