Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create software using Go and Python.

• Evaluate and provide feedback on colleagues' code.

• Compose design documents to effectively share ideas.

• Design, develop, and enhance shared services and engineering capabilities that support vital government systems.

• Assist product teams in delivering secure and scalable software more efficiently.

• Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.

• Work autonomously and adapt quickly in complex settings.

• Engage in a hiring process that includes an informal discussion, a mini-project, a project presentation, and team interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in software engineering.

• At least three years of professional experience in the field.

• Proven ability to take charge of a project and drive it forward.

• Capability to work independently.

• Familiarity with engineering best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and quickly adapt in challenging environments.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Must currently reside in the United States or its territories.

• Must have lived in the United States or its territories for three out of the last five years.

• All work must be conducted while physically present in the United States or its territories.

• Go and Python are utilized, but prior experience with these languages is not mandatory.
