Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and participate in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions that satisfy functional, performance, and security standards.

• Convert architectural vision and product specifications into actionable technical plans and development tasks.

• Offer daily technical guidance to engineering teams, including code assessments, design evaluations, and troubleshooting support.

• Produce high-quality, maintainable, and testable code; contribute to essential or complex components.

• Collaborate with product teams, architecture, QA, and DevOps to ensure quality in end-to-end delivery.

• Mentor engineers to enhance their technical expertise, development discipline, and problem-solving abilities.

• Promote and uphold engineering best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD processes.

• Identify and address technical risks and dependencies early in the development lifecycle.

• Assess emerging technologies and tools to facilitate modernization and increase delivery efficiency.

• Cultivate a culture of technical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the group.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

• 5-7 years of practical software engineering experience in delivering production applications.

• Significant experience in the fintech sector, particularly with payment and transaction software.

• Proficiency in software development with a strong emphasis on C# and .NET.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React, Blazor).

• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).

• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework).

• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
