This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Inspire and drive innovative features that contribute to the overall growth of BoomPop while generating creative solutions for emerging business challenges.

• Participate in the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to building, testing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting essential systems.

• Deliver high-quality code and provide design review feedback to fellow engineers; define, promote, and lead the adoption of standards and best practices for code and design reviews within the organization.

• Enhance performance and ensure system stability.

• Guarantee adherence to software design patterns and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in software development.

• Code Review and Mentorship: Assess code contributions from the team and offer constructive feedback to enhance code quality and uphold coding standards.

• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for software, APIs, and processes to ensure thorough understanding and knowledge transfer.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in delivering systems and applications.

• Strong foundation in creating scalable code that adheres to best practices in accessibility, performance optimization, and instrumentation.

• In-depth knowledge of algorithms and design patterns.

• Extensive experience with both relational and non-relational database design, implementation, and analytics.

• More than 3 years of experience with React.
