This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, create, and evaluate code within Arbiter’s SaaS solution, mainly utilizing C#, SQL, React, and API-based applications.
• Utilize AI-driven development tools throughout technical planning, refinement, architecture, coding, testing, debugging, and code review processes.
• Ensure quality, security, accuracy, and compliance with team standards by validating AI-generated outputs.
• Document the objectives of projects and the metrics for success.
• Grasp customer business needs and application goals, raising pertinent questions with developers, QA engineers, and product managers.
• Create, develop, and uphold unit tests, integration tests, and comprehensive test plans/cases across both hardware and software platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to review requirements for completeness and precision.
• Provide mentorship and engage in pair programming sessions regularly with junior Developers and QA Engineers.
• Architect software and technology solutions following industry best practices, including cache and session management strategies.
• Engage in team planning, estimation, status updates, and retrospective meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in developing web applications.
• Proficiency primarily with C#, SQL, and React, or similar object-oriented, relational database, and front-end technologies.
• Familiarity with ASP.NET (MVC or Core), Microsoft Azure, and contemporary web frameworks is advantageous.
• Ability to comfortably use AI tools to quickly adapt to unfamiliar languages or frameworks.
• Experience with AI-driven development tools such as GitHub Copilot is highly advantageous.
• Willingness and capability to embrace AI-first workflows.
• Extensive experience in developing REST APIs.
• Detail-oriented and dependable; able to work collaboratively within a team or independently with minimal guidance.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience in conducting Requirements Reviews with engineers and stakeholders, including project managers or product owners.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis of defects within a complex Enterprise N-Tiered environment.
• A personal device capable of receiving MFA texts or calls.
• An internet connection sufficient for the role, with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed.
