Software Engineer – AI/ML

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain AI/ML products, including applications powered by large language models, forecasting models, anomaly detection systems, and intelligent agents.

• Take ownership of the entire AI/ML lifecycle: conducting requirements analysis, model design, training, evaluation, API development, deployment, and providing operational support.

• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to integrate AI features into existing applications, facilitating natural language queries, predictive insights, and intelligent recommendations for user-facing applications.

• Partner with executive stakeholders and BI leadership to comprehend business challenges and convert operational needs into AI/ML capabilities.

• Ensure the reliable deployment of AI/ML models to AWS infrastructure, incorporating proper monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• At least 3 years of practical AI/ML engineering experience in building and deploying machine learning models and/or AI-powered applications in production settings.

• Proficient in writing production-quality code using technologies such as Python, Java, C#, or TypeScript.

• Demonstrated experience in developing data platforms and production LLM-powered applications, with a strong grasp of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and vector databases.

• Solid foundation in supervised/unsupervised learning, time-series forecasting, classification, and optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with MLflow, model registries, automated training pipelines, A/B testing frameworks, and model monitoring practices.

• Strong collaboration skills in a DevOps environment.

• Experience in building REST APIs (FastAPI, Flask) for model serving.
