This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy Android features utilizing Kotlin.

• Design seamless mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Integrate backend APIs while ensuring mobile flows are stable, secure, and reliable.

• Enhance app performance, reduce crash rates, optimize loading times, improve responsiveness, and manage memory usage.

• Utilize analytics, user behavior insights, and production challenges to refine the product.

• Create AI-enhanced mobile experiences only where they truly enhance the user journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.

• Solid understanding of Android fundamentals and a proven track record of delivering production apps.

• Proficient in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.

• Strong awareness of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.

• Experience in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.

• Quick execution, a strong sense of ownership, and keen attention to product quality.

• Providing app links, GitHub repositories, screenshots, or examples of completed work is highly beneficial.
