This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in software and artificial intelligence, assessing their potential applications at ProVeg.
• Ensure that all team members possess a comprehensive understanding of the capabilities, limitations, and risks associated with our software and AI solutions.
• Create online courses, workshops, and wiki documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Empower individual teams to optimally utilize our software (including AI functionalities) tailored to their specific needs.
• Provide guidance to leadership teams and the works council regarding opportunities and risks.
• Maintain an overview of the software and AI solutions employed across ProVeg and key projects.
• Configure and manage several of our central software solutions, offering practical assistance to colleagues in their usage.
• Leverage no-code and low-code platforms to implement workflow automations that enhance team efficiency.
• Identify the most suitable AI and software solutions for a variety of use cases, ensuring seamless implementation and integration.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our software and AI strategy, roadmap, and policies.
• Collaborate closely with our internal data protection coordinator to mitigate risks and ensure compliance, with a strong emphasis on IT security and data privacy.
• A completed degree (e.g., Master's in Computer Science, Information Management, Digital Media, or a related field), or an equivalent qualification through IT training or professional certification (e.g., IT specialist), along with at least four years of professional experience.
• A strong affinity for software and the capacity to quickly grasp new software solutions.
• A solid understanding of artificial intelligence with experience in utilizing various AI applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• A structured and pragmatic approach to work.
• A commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
• A genuine dedication to ProVeg's mission and values.
• Experience in software training, documentation, or user support (preferred).
• Project management experience (preferred).
• Experience in implementing process automations using no-code/low-code platforms such as Make (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot (preferred).
• Good written and spoken German language skills (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of software development and integrations (REST APIs) (preferred).
• Basic understanding of IT security and data protection (preferred).
• Fully remote work option, with the possibility to work from our Berlin office.
