📋 Description

• Ingest and organize historical data and documents into the Juniper Square platforms, ensuring that information is accurately captured and systematically arranged for use in AI-assisted workflows.

• Receive and manage incoming work requests within specified SLAs, utilizing AI-powered workflows to efficiently transition requests from intake to completion.

• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with source material, applying consistent judgment at each step before considering the work complete.

• Adhere to established operating procedures meticulously and actively participate in their refinement and enhancement.

• Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams, ensuring clear communication and dependable turnaround accountability across various product workflows.

• Act as an operational point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external customers, representing Juniper Square with professionalism and clarity.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in an operations, administrative, or data-oriented role.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective engagement with internal teams and external customers alike.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to maintain accuracy under high volume and time constraints.

• Sound judgment and the initiative to escalate issues as needed rather than circumventing them.

• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and the ability to critically assess AI-generated content instead of accepting it at face value.

• Proficiency in standard business tools such as Excel and general communication platforms; familiarity with task management workflows is advantageous.

• Ability to work autonomously and handle your own workload with a high degree of ownership.

• Preferred experience in financial services or investment management, with familiarity in institutional data and document workflows being beneficial for this role.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
