AI Education – Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead AI enablement initiatives throughout the organization.

• Perform evaluations: execute structured assessments alongside each business team to analyze workflows, competencies, and existing AI applications prior to any enablement efforts.

• Identify and address pain points: gather the team's genuine challenges and use cases, prioritize them, and translate them into actionable enablement plans, applicable AI skills, or suggestions for specialized tools.

• Achieve tangible results: guarantee that each workshop focuses on the team's specific use cases and generates actionable outcomes: functional skills, prompts, and tools for immediate application.

• Empower champions: recognize advocates within each team, collaborate with them individually, and showcase their achievements to client leadership to foster visible momentum.

• Evaluate and monitor adoption KPIs: establish achievable adoption goals for each team, assess actual utilization after each enablement cycle, and provide transparent progress updates to both the client and internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient trainer: a highly skilled and seasoned trainer capable of designing and delivering engaging workshops and training sessions independently, adapting dynamically to the audience, and making complex AI concepts relatable for non-technical teams.

• Background in change management and adoption: practical experience in promoting technology or process adoption within organizations; possesses an understanding of engagement psychology and methods to ensure lasting change.

• Practical AI expertise: a confident daily user of contemporary AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, agentic workflows, skills, and prompt engineering); skilled at dissecting an expert's workflow and reconstructing it as an AI-assisted process alongside that expert, including for non-technical demographics.

• Facilitation and communication skills: proficient in conducting workshops and training sessions, and comfortable leading assessments, feedback discussions, and executive briefings; able to collaborate with a diverse range of individuals, from senior lawyers to game designers.

• Strategic mindset: capable of crafting an engagement program rather than simply executing tasks; recognizes which use cases are significant and how adoption translates into long-term value for the client.

• High energy and ownership: highly energetic, genuinely passionate about AI, and fully dedicated to a single client. This role is not suited for someone dividing attention among multiple projects.

• Language proficiency: fluent in English; knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is a significant advantage due to the client's teams.

• Preferred qualifications: exposure to iGaming or game development; experience in enablement or training businesses; consulting background.
