Fractional Chief AI Officer, AI Strategy Leader

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices to deliver strategic, project-oriented leadership in AI initiatives, automation, workflow enhancement, and digital transformation projects.

• Evaluate and implement AI initiatives across investment, operational, and business functions.

• Recognize opportunities to utilize AI for workflow automation, research improvements, and operational effectiveness.

• Formulate AI strategies, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.

• Work alongside leadership teams to prioritize and execute impactful AI use cases.

• Assess AI tools, vendors, and emerging technologies pertinent to alternative investment firms.

• Propel organizational adoption, change management, and cross-functional AI enablement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in leading AI, digital transformation, technology strategy, or innovation projects within financial services, alternative investments, or large enterprises.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI technologies, automation tools, and organizational implementation methods.

• Demonstrated history of executing technology and transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business results.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to function both strategically and in a hands-on manner within dynamic environments.
