Software Engineer, AI, Python, TypeScript

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance AI agents utilized by real customers on a daily basis

• Design and refine agent runtimes, memory systems, tool orchestration, and evaluation frameworks

• Develop integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Stripe, HubSpot, Notion, QuickBooks, Shopify, and others

• Construct scalable backend services using Python and modern frontend interfaces with TypeScript and React

• Optimize infrastructure for reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness

• Deliver production-ready features swiftly and continuously

• Assume responsibility for technical decisions and product outcomes from inception to deployment

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in Poland with valid work authorization

• Extensive experience with Python and TypeScript

• Proven experience in building or significantly modifying AI agents

• Practical experience with contemporary AI development workflows and AI-assisted coding tools

• Strong grasp of scalable systems, architecture, and technical trade-offs

• Full-stack development experience encompassing both frontend and backend systems

• Ability to act swiftly and deliver production-ready code with minimal supervision
