Software Engineer, Agents – Automations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain essential features for North’s Agents & Automations platform.

• Create product and platform functionalities that assist users in creating, executing, troubleshooting, assessing, and enhancing agents and automations.

• Take ownership of features from initial technical design through to implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.

• Work across the entire stack, ranging from frontend product interfaces to backend systems, based on product requirements.

• Make informed technical decisions that balance speed, quality, depth, and user impact.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, modeling, customer-facing teams, and fellow engineers to define optimal outcomes and deliver measurable enhancements.

• Actively incorporate AI into your work while remaining intellectually engaged and responsible for the quality and reliability of your deliverables.

• You have experience in building, launching, and operating production software utilized by actual users or customers.

• You are comfortable navigating across backend, frontend, product, data, and infrastructure domains.

• You possess strong product judgment, pay attention to product specifics, and genuinely care about whether your contributions benefit the end user.

• You demonstrate high agency: you take initiative, experiment, learn swiftly, and drive transformation without waiting for perfect directions.
