This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team as a back-end development expert.

• Create and enhance back-end solutions utilizing Java and a microservices architecture.

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents that are integrated with corporate systems and business processes.

• Develop back-end servers and services to support AI agents, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and observable.

• Implement integrations and servers that are compatible with MCP.

• Leverage generative AI tools to boost productivity in code development and refactoring.

• Engage actively in technical discussions and solution planning.

• Strong experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Batch.

• Development of REST and GraphQL APIs within a microservices architecture.

• Practical experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).

• Familiarity with containers (Docker) and orchestration using Kubernetes.

• In-depth knowledge of architectural best practices (SOLID, design patterns).

• Experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, EMR, SQS, among others).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins.

• Practical experience or strong knowledge in AI agent development.
